Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical systems are at the core of every building and no one understands that more than OSEG team of engineers. Our HVAC engineers not only advise and work with our clients to identify their needs and energy saving goals, but what is most conducive for the client’s needs. We will design a system that is efficient and meets each established need to produce a comfortable building environment for occupants. Improper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems is a common problem impacting workplace indoor environmental quality. Ventilation rates for different types of buildings and other important engineering controls to manage ventilation, moisture, and temperature in a building are strictly adhered to per the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) guidelines.
In today’s environment we also make note of The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued guidance related to the modification of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial buildings to help reduce the spread of airborne contaminants.
