Tenant fit‐up of existing space consisting of typical office area, restrooms, stock room, sales floor, etc. Standard HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security/CCTV systems were provided.
This space was designed slightly above your everyday retail warehouse feel with your typical pendant HID lighting in the sales area and strip fixtures around the perimeter but with much emphasis having been placed on dramatic accent lighting in the sales area and entrance to accentuated pictures and featured items in display cases/shelving and light towers throughout the store.
