This retail facility consisted of 9 buildings (of various configurations and sizes) and a visitorʹs center.

Services rendered included MEP of base building plans and full MEP engineering of all common areas, inclusive of corridors, administrative areas, site lighting, food courts, restrooms, etc. The pedestrian walk area and court yards throughout the complex were laced with decorative pole lighting and power for seasonal decoration use.

The smaller building of the facility which housed the Visitor’s Center along with several retail spaces was designed and powered totally by solar panels. The entire electrical system for the complex is backed up by diesel generators as a precaution of possible blackouts.
