Piedmont Park Visitors Center

This Historic restoration earned OSEG (previously MB Concepts) along with Smith Dalia Architects an Atlanta Urban Design Award by the City of Atlanta for this phase of its rehabilitation.

This center involved the complete rehabilitation of an 80 year old (bath house) building located in the Midtown area of Atlanta in Piedmont Park. The facility was converted in its renovation process to a Visitor’s Center and the offices for the Piedmont Park Conservancy. The facility houses a main Visitor’s Center lobby area, meeting room and administrative office. The building design involved using HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire alarm, security and site lighting systems.
