SCLC National Headquarters

This 2‐story office complex was a new construction. The second floor was designed to hold the National
headquarters for SCLC that consisted of your typical private/administrative offices, open work area, restrooms, conference room, breakrooms, etc.

The first floor was designed and layout to accommodate retail tenants with only the common areas being completed. The future tenant space was left open to be fitted out on an as needed bases. Services rendered included mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) engineering as well as fire alarm, exterior lighting , security and fire protection (performance specs)
systems.
