Wingate Inn Hotel

Nestled in the heart Buckhead, a standard 3‐story proto‐typical plan was converted into a 5‐story high‐end facility. The owners’ decision to make this upgrade was influenced by its tough competitive set that includes such names as the Swissotel, JW Marriott and Ritz‐Carlton. This Wingate Inn has received rave reviews and recognition twice in Hotel Business for its technology and design.

The first floor which typically averages seventeen guest rooms was reduced to a modest three in order to accommodate the conversion of a high‐tech business/meeting center. Inclusive of meeting rooms, board room, business center, fitness room and a lavish breakfast room and TV lounge. Several of the guest suites on the upper levels have been equipped with Bluetooth technology for the business person on the go.
