Xerox Office Complex

New construction 2‐story corporate office facility equipped with heavy computer usage. The first floor consisted of space for training and conference rooms and an open floor plan for general office use and offices.

The second floor was designed for managerial offices, open area with individual workstations and a dedicated computer equipment room. The dedicated computer equipment room was 400 square feet with a raised floor that required an independent 24‐hour cooling system and uninterrupted power supply. Full MEP engineering services were provided.
